Kitchen cabinets two different colors wanted Mahoney got brown red.Called solitaire , I've been passed off to customer service to owner mr hogstadt to a very hateful Linda Miller .

We bought new , paid cash and have had nothing but trouble. Took ten weeks to get them to put skirting on. Eight weeks to do simple repairs cracks etc. now we are down to trying to get cabinets to maghoney.

Owner mr hogstadt passed me off to ms Miller, never have I been talked to by such a hateful, obnoxious customer service person.she flatly stated that the cabinets would not be changed. She said they looked fine to her. I did send pictures and she stated she didn't see anything wrong with them. Several people at company could see the difference.

I asked to speak to me hogstadt and I've never received a call from him.

Solitaire does not stand behind their products.I'm sorry I bought the home.

Did you ever get a resolution to this? Did Solitaire replace the cabinets? A family member just purchased a Solitaire home, and it did not come with the color of cabinets they wanted.
